Race Recap: Bryan Health Capital City Classic

October 23, 2016, was a banner day! The Bryan Health Run to Overcome and the Lincoln Track Club’s Governor’s Cup came together to create the Bryan Health Capital City Classic. This inaugural event, with a 1-mile kids’ run, 5K and 15K, hosted more than a thousand walkers, runners, and volunteers. Race participants ranged from age two to eighty-five and came from eleven states!This event promoted health and wellness, while raising more than $15,000 for mental health education and awareness in our community. Thanks to everyone who participated in the Bryan Health Capital City Classic.
